Guided by the principles of the slow food movement, Chefs Antonio and Luca Abbruzzino utilize the bounty of local farms and purveyors to offer market-driven dishes in a contemporary manner, showcasing the talents and mindful technique of the kitchen in an approachable setting. Il Dandy’s thoughtfully curated cocktail program features an expansive selection of Italian aperitifs and craft beer selections that seamlessly complement the menu. The wine list features wines from carefully selected winemakers that believe in stewardship of the land and adherence to terroir as the key to producing wines with varietal expression, regional character and wine quality.
